Quality objectives are established to support our organization’s efforts in achieving our quality policy and reviewed annually for suitability.

GITS Quality Objectives are:

a)            To provide products and services that lead to customer satisfaction level at least by 81%.

b)            Provide all agreed deliverables to the customers in accordance with the schedules agreed with them by 81% of the time compliance to schedule for every project.

c)             To ensure all staff attending minimum 8 hours training a year.
